What we collect, and what we don’t
No cookies, no advertising trackers, no attempt to work out who you are. Last updated August 2026.
The short version
This site sets no cookies, runs no advertising or social media trackers, and does not attempt to identify you personally. We measure how many people visit and which pages they read, and we keep what you tell us if you fill in the enquiry form.
Visitor measurement
We use Umami, an open-source analytics tool running on our own server rather than a third-party advertising platform. It records the page you viewed, the site or search engine that referred you, your approximate country, and the general type of device and browser you used.
Umami does not use cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not create a profile that follows you between visits or across other websites. The data is aggregate: it tells us that a page was read, not who read it.
Campaign attribution
If you arrive through a link carrying campaign tags — the utm_source style parameters used in newsletters and ads — we store those tags, the page you landed on, and the referring site in your browser’s session storage for the length of your visit.
If you then send an enquiry, those details are attached so we know which channel the enquiry came from. If you do not send an enquiry, the information is discarded when you close the tab. It contains no identifier and is never shared.
The enquiry form
If you contact us, we receive what you type: your name, email address, optionally your company, and your description of your situation, timeline, and budget. Submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, which processes them on our behalf and passes them to our email.
We use this only to answer you and to carry the conversation forward if it becomes a project. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
How long we keep things
Aggregate analytics are retained while they remain useful for understanding how the site performs. Enquiries stay in our email and project records for as long as the relationship or its records require.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to mufaddal@badriinfotech.com and a person will reply — the same person who reads the enquiries.
Because we set no cookies and store no persistent identifier, there is nothing to opt out of for measurement. Blocking scripts in your browser also works, and nothing on this site depends on analytics loading.
Other sites we link to
Pages here link out to LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and to wasurv.app, our own product. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else’s site, under their privacy terms rather than ours.
